Microsoft's have
released Internet Explorers security update to address recent security
concerns.
Whilst the IE security update may seem primarily as Internet Explorers 6
security update, it is important that all users of Internet Explorer perform an
update check.
With security updates, one can never be sure so it is prudent to update all
products with security patches.
One good reason for this is users may not always be aware of which version of IE
is being used. Another is users may not have checked for updates recently and
an update check is overdue.

Another important issue is that Internet Explorer 8 is available for download
from Microsoft, and this has many great security features. One of the more

A bad sites list can greatly reduce the risk to phishing attacks, drive by

products as well.
It is important to note that web browsers are the main interface for users to

update by some, security updates are a whole lot more important than just one
